After consulting with several “Quitting Caffeine” sites, as well as my fiancee, I’ve determined that it is going to be best to taper off. So I’m going to start with an allocation of four Diet Cokes a day for this coming week. I will taper off from there, it will be non-soda alternatives for the rest of the time.
So that’s the plan.

Since I’ve known you, you’ve given up caffeine at least once a year each year. There is a pattern here. If you are going to start drinking it again, why do you go through the effort, headache and stress each time? Sometimes I wonder about you.
