I will not be at Karate on Wednesday night or Thursday night due to preparations for and celebration of my Mom’s 50th birthday extravaganza.

Surely Matt can make an animated gif of my jump kick picture to use as a lead in. That would work. Either that, or have someone moon the camera and that would about cover it.
