This afternoon I’m on my own, as Tasha is busy covering the workload for one of her insolent lackeys that quit on her a week before Christmas. I decided that instead of going out and spending money, I was going to take it to one of the chicken cordon bleu that were sitting in the freezer. I hadn’t made one of those in a long time and it ended up being a great lunch with some fries.
In other news, I was able to figure out the problem I was having with my Genetic Art GUI. It turns out to refresh an image that is currently drawn, you have to call the flush method on it before you repaint. So the rest of the afternoon will be spent figuring out how I’m going to frame the rest of the functions that I want to have in this new version.
I’m taking a fairly haphazard approach to it, since I know I have 10 days coming up soon that I will have to fill somehow. I’ll polish things up then. 🙂
