The throat bone’s connected to the green thing… the green thing’s connected to the out hole…

I have been battling a oncoming cold since Saturday. I have found that Advil Cold and Sinus works wonders, however for some reason it doesn’t start working until 1.5 hours after ingestion. When it starts to work my head gets runny and I start to get the sweats.

I’m pretty sure that the body’s sweating reaction means it’s adversely affecting my organs but who freaking cares, I can breathe. I still plan on hitting Karate just as hard as I have been. Sensei Brewer always used to say that Karate kills germs and I’m hoping he’s right.

It probably doesn’t help matters that I’ve been working my ass off lately… thankfully I have Tasha’s birthday this weekend to relax and I probably won’t go into the office until Sunday. I will be so happy when I get this software done and I can have a full weekend every now and then. Yeesh, what a pain in the ass.

On the upside of things, I am two days away from a massive incentive payout. This will destroy some outstanding parental debt and most of one of my credit cards. Hopefully we can finish it off with the tax return and save ourselves a payment each month.

Also on the upside of things, we got the chance to experience a strange new D&D world courtesy of one . He’s running our new campaign and it is really starting off with a bang. My warmage is ending up to be quite the chaotic rod, which is a change for most of my characters. He likes being the center of attention and he also likes to do whatever feels good to him at the time.
