Today at work we were all goofing around before it was time to go home. I stopped by
She gave me The Look, and I was confused. She apparently thinks that the term “hook up” does not apply to getting married.
I have the opposite opinion that marriage == hooking up permanently.
So here opens the floor for comments.

Oh, so that’s what we were doing – goofing off. Now I know. I was one who also gave Mr. Dalcher the look (of craziness). Maybe it’s where my mind almost ALWAYS wanders – but to me hook up = the horizontal bop = gettin’ busy = afternoon delight BUT <> marriage… Old age is so limiting sometimes…
I will admit, most of my argumentation was aimed at annoying. There, the cat is out of the bag. 
And we ALL know there’s nothing wrong with that!
