insomnia is a great thing. just use it to your advantage.

if you really want to beat it though, keep busy all day, if you find yourself with nothing to do, read, run, practice karate, do something. dont take naps, naps only make it worse. try to wear yourself out every day and you will get your sleep pattern back.
