CNN’s reporting about a new offering from Paul McCartney. I’m intrigued by the mention of a successor to Blackbird, one of my all-time favorites.

Very welcome! I’m interested to hear whats going to come out when he’s making a concerted effort to actually write decent tracks again. Too much of his stuff from the 90′s were just glancing little “I wrote it because I was bored” songs.
I’m waiting for a Hey Jude II or a new Let It Be… probably going to be waiting for awhile longer.
