One of my favorite gameshow hosts of the 1980’s, Peter Tomarken, and his wife died in a small plane wreck over Santa Monica Bay today.
I used to watch Press Your Luck! a lot when I was a kid, and for years after it was off the air on the USA Network every time I was sick as a kid.
I guess The Whammy ended up winning in the end. 🙁
