Apple Blossoms, new laptops, and Easter goodness…

We had a nice, mostly relaxing Easter weekend. Our apple tree has bloomed, as seen here.

My laptop arrived on Friday afternoon, so I’ve spent a fair amount of time this weekend setting up shop.

Easter came and went, we had a pretty humdrum family dinner with my Dad’s side of the family. Things broke up pretty early this year, most of the younger family members either didn’t show up, had to tend to their kids, or had better things to do.

My wife and I rounded out the weekend by celebrating our two year wedding anniversary. I’m a lucky guy to have a great wife like her. We spent a lazy day around the house (waking up at noon, w00t!) and went to dinner at Ned Kelly’s.

Its back to the old grind tomorrow, but it was a pretty good extended weekend that I wouldn’t mind extending by a few more days. But duty calls!!
