Getting reacquainted with the Fab Four…

My lovely wife and I were graced with the company of tonight, and during the process of our conversations I wanted to play some Beatles music. I found that the rip that I did of the Beatles Anthologies were less than satisfactory, so I went and re-ripped them all tonight.

For whatever reason, Roll Over Beethoven from the first disk would not rip. I believe perhaps the disk is scratched in an inappropriate spot to make it work. No worries, I have about four copies of that song on other disks. I think for my money, Anthology 2 Disk 2 is probably my favorite to listen to straight across, however Anthology 3 is great also.

When I was younger, I used to sit in my room playing Super Punch-Out on my SNES and listen to these disks over and over. The music never gets old. Ever. It is truly glorious!
