Slacking is something I do poorly…

Today I slept in a little bit, however this was the only slackworthy thing that I did. Shortly after getting up, I gathered the documents for our refinancing (better rate, better payment, cash back WOOT) and dropped them off to our loan officer, went on a bonzai shopping trip to Menards, came back and repainted the trim around my garage door, put the first coat of paint on our back door, and soon I will be starting Cleaning Frenzy 2006 upstairs.

Needless to say, slacking is not something I do well. I think the remainder of tonight is going to be spent cleaning the upstairs and as much of the downstairs as I can get done. Tomorrow I intend to finish the interior cleaning and rake leaves, clean gutters, and possibly take my mountain of soda cans in for cash. Oh, and I also have to put coat of paint #2 on the back door.

I may not make it to karate tonight as a result of all of this… I need to get all of these tasks complete by the time the appraiser shows up on Friday. With Thanksgiving in between, I’ve got my work cut out for me.
