The Albatross around my neck…

This week has been a really bad one at the office. The system has been misbehaving wildly, as previously reported, causing the following work week thus far:
Monday – 16 hrs
Tuesday – 8 hrs
Wednesday – 12 hrs
Thursday -7 hrs

For those of you that stink at Math, that already puts me at 43 hours this week. I’m going to try to flex back a half day or so tomorrow, I doubt considerably if I’m going to be able to actually get it done.

Tomorrow is the farewell lunch for one of my best cohorts at the office, . We’re going to Avanti’s, which will be a good venue for his bittersweet send-off. It is already weird that he’s not at my desk once a day to Factor or bother me about working too much… ah well. We’ll figure out a way to hang out and cause problems aside from the “normal” workplace banter.

So hopefully if all goes well I will be relaxing at home, possibly blogging a vast amount by mid-afternoon. Cross your fingers everyone!
