I returned to the dojo on Saturday morning after a week of nursing a pulled muscle in my back. I was intent on taking it easy, however I couldn’t resist the lure of partner drills and some slow sparring.
Everything held together well!  I worked on stalking down 
I rounded out the workout with 50 pushups (both regular and tricep) and 100 abdominal exercises, all-in-all a good workout!
