Today’s workout was perhaps one of the hardest I’ve ever had. Basics laced with calisthenics, conditioning, medicine ball and resistance strap training, and those godforsaken perfect push-up handles pretty much made for one of the most grueling days on record.
My arms were failing me through the last half of the workout, however I was very happy with how well my stomach held together. I came immediately home and popped some ibuprofen but my muscles are still protesting every last movement and its not even the morning after yet.
