Tonight we are hosting our parents and my sister, brother-in-law, and niece for some good ol’ fashioned family Rock Band fun. We’ll be ordering pizzas and playing some Boston, and I absolutely WILL NOT be videotaping my Dad playing drums and putting it on YouTube. I swear!

Today’s workout was a standard breakfast club workout, however , Erbe, and I warmed up with black belt katas while and did their run.

The Lenten season is finally over, and that means its Easter again! We’ll be spending the day visiting family, probably playing some Rock Band, and eating an amazing amount of food.
