Tuesday night’s workout was one of Sensei’s patented hard workouts that don’t seem hard until you’re sore the next day. It started out with reverse punch practice during the first class, emphasizing rotation of the hips. It quickly evolved into partner training, which extended into the second class.

We got to do some sparring drills in groups of three, which I always enjoy however this time I spent the majority of those drills as the odd man out. Sensei Brewer had me help the group of lower ranks, and I realized that most of their distance was either too close *cough* *cough*
After class, I worked with Miss
Thursday night I missed because an important meeting was moved up from next Friday to today, so I spent Thursday night working late and preparing for that meeting. It went well. 🙂
