Thanks to YouTube’s 100 MB video limit, this is part two of the video series.
This video contains:
Good stuff!

EDIT: This is a new version of the first video, more will come momentarily.
This is NOT the complete video, unfortunately… the free mpeg splitting software that I could find did a dandy job with the first cut every single time, but anything after that became horribly choppy and terrible.
This is actually video from 2008 Workout #41 and it shows the following matches:
A lot of things became apparent about my own performance after watching this video, but I’ll keep the details to myself for the time being.
Those of you keeping tabs on such things, since these are for reference only YouTube comments, ratings, and all other sharing except for embed (which I use on these posts) have been disabled.
Once I figure out how to get a clean cut of the rest of the sparring I will add more videos, however I didn’t have much luck in doing that tonight. I think I need to find a better set of tools to hit this thing with.

I *finally* got the DVD ripped appropriately to my laptop, and I spent most of last night attempting to get it uploaded to YouTube properly. First, I got Javascript errors. Then, connection timeouts.
Finally, I got a good connection with no Javascript errors so I left it on overnight to upload that 460 MB monster… I wake up this morning to find that the upload completed successfully, however it was rejected due to size and length restrictions.
Apparently, they have a downloadable piece of software to upload files greater than 100 MB or longer than 10 minutes with… so that will be my path tonight.
I do have to say though… the video quality came out surprisingly good all factors considered. Hopefully I will have something available tonight or early tomorrow for your viewing pleasure!
Didn’t have much luck with the videos last night. I’m going to have to borrow the DVD and try to rip it to a file with some software I’ve got on my computer, but its going to be another day or two.
Tonight Tasha and I went to Pekin Park and took some pictures with our new Nikon D60. I will post some pictures later on tonight… I think I got a few good shots and Tasha got a ton, she’s pretty handy with the camera!

Tonight I’ve elected to take one night off from working out. Instead, I’m going to go and see if I can get the sparring video from Saturday available. We’ll see if I have any luck later on today, hopefully I’ll have some good footage available!

Hungry Squirrel

This squirrel alerted me to its presence by chattering up a storm at me while I was sitting on my couch, so I grabbed the camera and chattered right back. Apparently it thought I was threatening its tasty tree morsels.

For those of you keeping score, we opted for Texas Roadhouse for our fourth anniversary dinner location.
That makes the scorecard thus far:
1. New Orleans (pick any restaurant)
2. Ned Kelley’s Steakhouse
3. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse
4. Texas Roadhouse
And there you have it!

My washing machine has been exhibiting some strange leaking behavior lately. Its not a lot of water, barely enough to leave a small puddle on our linoleum, however it is something that I want to get fixed. The strange part about is that it seems to occur intermittently, so tonight I’ve decided to employ ye olde scientific method to determining when it is leaking.
I pulled the machine away from the wall as we started a fresh load, unfortunately it seems that the water hookups appear to not be visibly leaking. I say unfortunately because I know that would be a simple $0.10 washer replacement and the problem would be solved.
Right now I’m waiting for the wash cycle to be finished so I can check it again, I’d love to have it narrowed down to a certain cycle so I can do some more research into figuring out how to fix it.
I really don’t want to have to have a service technician come out to fix this thing, nor do I want to purchase a new washer/dryer. Hopefully I can figure this one out without having to dismantle the machine, but I’m not holding out much hope at this point.
More updates as I have them! I wish I had the handyman skills of
